The project consists of seven large "faceted glass" panels (42"x72" to 46"x76" each) and is permanently installed along the outdoor, open air platform. Natural light illuminates the painterly images. | 2019 | The Cill Rialaig Project in Ballinskelligs, County Kerry, Ireland awards a two-week residency in April of 2019. The Cill Rialaig Artist Retreat welcomes this artist back for a fourth stay at the cottages on the promontory of Bolus Head. Immersed in a rugged landscape with dramatic ocean views, visiting artists are encouraged to embrace their new surroundings while focusing on their art. |

The Cill Rialaig Artist Retreat, built out of the ruins of a deserted pre-famine village (circa 1796) atop a cliff face overlooking Ballinskelligs Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, offers free accommodation with studio in an inspiring coastal landscape. To date, this prestigious program boasts an acceptance of 1,800 International and Irish artists of 30,000 applications. |
